​Focus and memory: Inhaling the scent increases the speed and precision of thought. It has been scientifically documented that the substance 1,8-cineole in the oil can affect brain performance.

​Stress reducing: Can lower the level of the stress hormone cortisol in the body through aromatherapy.

Physical properties

Pain reliever: Has a warming and relaxing effect on sore muscles and joints when massaged (always mixed with carrier oil).

Anti-inflammatory: Reduces irritation and redness in the tissue.

Important precautions for clean oil:

​Dilution: Pure essential oil is extremely potent. Never use it undiluted on the skin. A rule of thumb is 2-3 drops per 10 ml of carrier oil (e.g. almond or jojoba oil).

Application

Apply 5-7 drops in a humidifier filled with water as directed. For external use ONLY and diluted.
